#HRTailgate Preview: Kick Off 2018 With A Corporate Wellness Program Win

Join us Thursday, January 18, from 11 a.m. – 12 p.m. CT as we delve into making employee wellness count.

With a new year comes resolutions of wanting to be healthier, both mentally and physically.

While focusing is on wellness is a common personal goal, businesses have an opportunity to enhance their employee’s health and happiness through a corporate wellness program. Corporate wellness programs are not a new concept but many employers can improve their programs to better take care of their employees – the core of their organization. This January, we’re excited to kick off our 2018 HR Tailgate series with a chat on employee wellness.

G&A Partners HR Tailgate - Corporate Wellness Win

The host of your chat is G&A Partners’ Wellness Specialist Olivia Curtis, who manages G&A’s award-winning EVOLVE wellness program. Special guest HR Tailgate host, Brianna Towne, will join Olivia in a conversation on all things related to corporate wellness. Brianna is a certified nutritionist, wellness expert and the founder of Root Well, a coaching company focused on intuitive eating, holistic living, and yoga/mindfulness.

If you’ve never participated in a Twitter chat, you’ll be surprised at how simple it is to participate. A Twitter chat is a live conversation focused on a topic — for this month; ours is employee wellness. The chat has eight questions; chat participants can engage in dialogue with chat hosts and other chat participants by answering the questions and using the hashtag #HRTailgate. (Forbes shares everything you need to know about a Twitter chat in this article.)

Want to know what to expect? Get excited and gear up for the chat by visiting the recap of past HR Tailgates: “How to Create a Positive, Productive, and Purposeful Culture,” “Preparing Your Business for Natural Disasters and Emergencies,” “How Office Environment Impacts Culture and Productivity,” “Cultivate Culture with Leadership Like a Star Coach,” “The Evolution of Employee Benefits,” “Make Your Employees Feel Like MVPs,” “How to Create a Positive, Productive and Purposeful Culture,” and more.
